Take 5 Oil Change

Just had THE best experience at this location. Chris was my service writer, very pleasant, very entertaining, an absolute pleasure. This is my oil change spot for all of our vehicles so I am there several times a year- never have I EVER had fun getting an oil change. Chris said he was new (I knew I’d never seen him) and there was new management at this location. Very smart business decision and job well done to whoever made that call.

I had an excellent experience at Take 5 Oil Change thanks to Travis Martin and the entire team. Travis was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable with the service being performed. The process was quick, efficient, and stress-free. It’s hard to find great customer service these days, but Travis definitely went above and beyond. I highly recommend Travis and the team at Take 5 Oil Change for anyone looking for honest, quality service. Thank you for a great experience!

False advertisement! The technician mentioned I need to pay $20 to get Complimentary service. I don't understand why. Also the technician called out that, he is not sure if Synthetic oil will be used in Core Full Synthetic, he is not sure on what they put in those containers. Seems like something wrong either with this service center. You might want to get them tested once. Since the oil change is done, my vehicle is making garbled kind of noise whenever I try to acclerate. It feels as if oil was not changed at all.

Honestly am blown away at how my visit was handled not just by the staff but the shop manager as well. They broke my dip and in the end try to say I came in with it broke. They could fish out the broken piece and nothing was offered as compensation, IN FACT to try and cover themselves they wrote on my receive that a customer had a broken dipstick upon arrival, which is bullshit. They wouldn’t even tell me it was broken till the end of the service. Not only will I never use a Take 5 again I place to use every platform to show cases their terrible customer service skills and lack of professionalism. don’t worry I have pics too!

Oil change experience was rough. Took about 90 minutes for an oil change, and the car leaked oil afterwards. Returned the next day, store manager attempted to adjust the oil filter to address the leak, but problem wasn’t resolved. Returned later that same day, and the oil filter was replaced to solve for the leak, but my car’s engine coolant hose was damaged in the process. The store did ultimately make the situation right, but all told I spent over six hours here for an oil change. The manager of this store tried hard to solve the issue, but I didn’t get fast or efficient service.
